CNC Turning
CNC turning operations are performed on high-precision machines such as Gildemeister CTX310, NEF-600, NEF-400, Deckel MAHO DMU-60, MAHO-2000, and 16M30F3. This ensures high accuracy and quality of the machined parts. We provide: Series, small-batch, and custom production of parts and assemblies. Manufacturing of high-precision components of required shapes and dimensions. Production of heavy and complex parts according to individual designs. Series production of parts from specific metal alloys.
Processing of rotational parts such as shafts, bushings, pulleys, gears, couplings, rings, etc. We perform the following operations: countersinking, drilling and reaming of holes, external and internal thread cutting, groove turning, machining of internal and external conical and cylindrical surfaces, facing, machining of steps and shaped surfaces.

Production of metal parts on a high-speed and precision CNC milling machining center. Features include: automatic tool changer, modern CNC control system, efficient workpiece cooling, and durable European tooling.
Restoration by build-up welding makes it possible to return a part to its original characteristics and, if necessary, provide it with new special properties. The use of a modern ESAB Marathon PAC welding robot allows the restoration of complex and non-standard shaped parts. With the CMT Cronius build-up welding technology, it is possible to restore shafts with a diameter of up to 1000 mm.
Final machining by grinding makes it possible to bring the finished product to the required quality and accuracy level. Sharpening of worm hobs is performed on a precision semi-automatic Klingelnberg AGW-231 hob sharpener (Germany). With the technologies of a world-leading manufacturer of gear cutting machines and tools, we can sharpen hobs from module 2 to module 20, with diameters up to 250 mm.
