    On high-precision machines such as Gildemeister CTX310, NEF-600, NEF-400, Deckel MAHO DMU-60, MAHO-2000, 16M30F3. Series production of parts.
  • Lathe Work
    On VTL machines 1532 Sedin, DIP-500 Ryazan, 1M65, DIP-300, 16K25, 16M30F3, 1K62. Diameters up to 3200 mm, longitudinal travel (LTT) 6000 mm.

  • Cylindrical Grinding Services

  • Worm Cutter Sharpening Klingelnberg
    Sharpening of worm module cutters up to 20 modules, diameters up to 250 mm. Performed on precision German machine Klingelnberg AGW-231.
  • Machining
    Broaching, shaping, planing, drilling, grinding, deep-hole drilling. CNC coordinate boring and milling services.

  • Blanking Section
    Metal cutting on band saws. Plasma cutting with ESAB SGX2500. Laser cutting 1500x300mm. Stamping on a 630-ton hydraulic press.
  • Heat Treatment
    Bulk quenching of parts. Induction hardening (HF quenching). Carburizing, normalizing, annealing, tempering.
  • Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM)
    Precision electrical discharge machining (EDM) of parts. Performed on Mitsubishi FA20 machine for high-accuracy processing. Suitable for complex geometries, hard-to-machine materials, and fine surface finishes. Capable of both single-piece and series production.
  • Tool Sharpening
    Sharpening of all types of cutting tools and milling cutters. Performed on precision Deckel S1 machine. High-accuracy grinding for long tool life and optimal cutting performance. Suitable for single tools and batch processing.

Gear Hobbing
Cutting cylindrical gears up to 2000 mm in diameter and up to 20 modules. Performed on machines 5342, 53A80, 5K32A.
Spline Milling
Manufacturing of gear shafts, shaft-gears, and splined shafts up to 2000 mm in length.
Bevel Gear Cutting
Production of bevel gears up to 800 mm in diameter and up to 16 modules.
Gear Shaping
Production of planetary gears up to 1000 mm in diameter and up to 12 modules.
Gear Grinding
Grinding gears up to 1350 mm in diameter and up to 25 modules. Performed on high-precision imported machine WMW NILES ZSTZ.
Testing and Running-In
Running-in and inspection of bevel and hypoid gear pairs.

CNC turning operations are performed on high-precision machines such as Gildemeister CTX310, NEF-600, NEF-400, Deckel MAHO DMU-60, MAHO-2000, and 16M30F3. This ensures high accuracy and quality of the machined parts.
