We perform milling of metal parts according to drawings, 3D models, samples and customer technical specifications.
Modern multi-axis CNC machining centres are complemented by a large range of conventional, heavy-duty and specialised milling machines, allowing us to select the most efficient equipment for parts of different sizes, complexity and production volumes.

FROM PRECISION MULTI-AXIS MACHINING TO HEAVY MILLING

Spetsremmash can perform both high-precision machining of complex parts on modern CNC machines and heavy-duty milling of large workpieces on rigid conventional equipment.
Depending on the part geometry, dimensions, material, required accuracy and production quantity, we select the appropriate: machine tool; cutting tools; fixtures; workholding method; machining sequence.
This allows us to avoid using an expensive 5-axis machining centre for operations that can be performed more efficiently on conventional equipment — while complex geometry is transferred to modern CNC machines.
